I was extremely frustrated with my stay at the Novotel Tours Centre Gare. The air conditioning didn't work properly, leaving the room uncomfortably warm, and when I asked for assistance, the understaffed reception seemed indifferent to my plight.

The rooms were clean and comfortable with spacious layouts, making it easy to relax after a long day. The varied breakfast options were a nice touch, offering a bit of something for everyone.
The location right by the train station means constant noise from announcements, especially during early mornings and late nights. Air conditioning problems are a recurring issue, leaving some rooms too warm, forcing you to open the windows and deal with the surrounding traffic noise. The bathroom fixtures looked dated and could use some attention, making them feel less than 4-star quality. Wi-Fi connectivity was spotty during peak hours, which can be a hassle when you want to catch up on important stuff.

The Classic Double Room with Sofa Bed was spacious and comfortable. The bed was super cozy, making for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom had nice amenities, but some fixtures looked outdated. I really appreciated the quietness of the room, despite being next to the train station. The coffee in the room was a nice touch too. Just wish they had replaced the coffee pods from the last guests!
